Custom Doll Information
You may request a full refund and cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
For custom dolls, order requirements can be modified free of charge within 48 hours after payment (modifications must comply with product customization specifications). After 48 hours, if changes are needed, we will evaluate the feasibility on a case-by-case basis according to production progress.
In-Stock Doll Information
All products with United States Delivery (3-7 Days), Canada Delivery (3-7 Days), European Union Delivery (3-7 Days), and Australia Delivery (3-7 Days) are categorized as In-Stock Dolls.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping, but cannot be modified after shipping. If you still need to return or exchange after the product has been shipped, we can assist with the return process, but you will be responsible for return shipping fees and other related costs. For returns, please contact us by email ([email protected]). We will contact the factory to cancel the shipment as soon as we receive your email. All shipment cancellation confirmations are subject to our final email reply.
