If you receive a doll with quality issues and it remains unused, you may contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a free return or exchange.
Custom Doll Information
All dolls undergo rigorous quality inspection before leaving the factory. If you receive a custom doll with quality issues and it remains in unused condition, you may arrange a return within 24 hours of receipt (you will be responsible for the return shipping fees).
In-Stock Doll Information
For hygiene reasons, adult products generally do not support returns without cause. However, if the product packaging is intact, unopened, and in its original condition, we can accept returns after our verification (the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting appropriate logistics and warehouse management fees).

- Inspection requirement: Please check the product immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours
- Recommended to record an unboxing video: This will help us resolve your issue quickly; please send related materials to [email protected]
- Hygiene clause: We only accept returns or exchanges for brand new, unused items
- Unauthorized returns: Products returned without prior communication will not be refunded
- Human-caused damage: Damage caused by improper use is not covered (please refer to the product care guide)
