Before your order ships, it goes through production and our rigorous 26-step quality control inspection. Processing times vary by product type:

US Orders — A Note on Tracking Updates: For orders shipped from China to the United States, we use expedited air freight to clear customs efficiently. During transit, tracking updates may be limited until the package clears US customs (typically 3–5 business days after departure). Once cleared, USPS takes over final-mile delivery and tracking will update normally.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
